Visiting rules

Alpaca Park is a specially protected facility and a high-risk area. When visiting the contact area, you must strictly follow the rules of conduct.

To ensure safety, the following rules apply at Alpaca Park:

Responsibility for children while on the territory “Responsibility for children while on the territory of the Alpaca Park rests with accompanying adults.

Children under 12 years of age are allowed to enter only if accompanied by an adult (over 18 years of age).

When visiting Alpaca Park, do not leave children unattended. Hold small children by the hand or in your arms.

Warning notices on signs should be read carefully and followed strictly!

Do not touch the eyes and ears of animals, do not pull their fur - these actions may be perceived by animals as a manifestation of aggression.

It is prohibited to enter the territory with animals, roller skates, bicycles, hoverboards, scooters, skateboards and other vehicles.

In order to maintain order, the following rules apply in Alpaca Park:

Please keep things clean and tidy and use trash cans.

You should wash your hands before and after visiting Alpaca Park.

Exiting the Alpaca Park excludes the possibility of re-entering its territory (with the exception of returning to the waiting area in order to pick up your own vehicle, left there earlier).

Prohibited
  • throw foreign objects into animal habitats;
  • tease animals, scream, disturb their peace;
  • litter the territory, damage the Park facilities;
  • drink alcohol and be drunk;
  • apply inscriptions and post advertisements, use the area of ​​the territory to generate income;

In the event of loss or damage to Alpaca Park property due to the fault of the Visitor, he is obliged to compensate for the damage caused, as well as bear responsibility for other violations committed by him in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

Failure to comply with the rules for visiting Alpaca Park or attempting to interfere with the recreation of other Visitors is grounds for removal of the Visitor from the territory of Alpaca Park without any monetary compensation.

The visitor agrees that Alpaca Park is a public place where TV broadcasts, photography and video shooting take place.

The administration has the right to use free of charge the recording of the visitor’s images (including for use as part of audiovisual works) obtained during filming, in any place, in any way, without limiting the territory and period of use.

The Administration is not responsible for injuries, injuries and damages received by Visitors as a result of non-compliance or improper compliance with these Rules.

The administration reserves the right to regulate the number of Visitors to the Park, including temporary ones, by terminating access to the territory of Alpaca Park based on the number of Visitors already entered.

These Rules are a public offer. By paying the entrance ticket, the Visitor agrees to comply with the rules for visiting Alpaca Park. Video surveillance and photography are carried out on the territory of Alpaca Park.
