Visiting Rules
"Alpaca Park" is a specially protected object and a high-danger zone. When visiting the contact area, it is necessary to strictly observe the rules of conduct.
For safety purposes, the following rules apply at "Alpaca Park":
Responsibility for children during their stay on the "Alpaca Park" territory lies with the accompanying adults.
Children under 12 are allowed to enter only accompanied by adults (from 18 years).
When visiting "Alpaca Park", do not leave children unattended. Keep small children by the hand or in your arms.
Warning signs on signs should be read carefully and followed strictly!
Do not touch the animals' eyes and ears, do not pull their fleece – these actions may be perceived by animals as a manifestation of aggression.
Entering the territory with animals, on roller skates, bicycles, gyroscooters, scooters, skateboards and other vehicles is prohibited.
For maintaining order, the following rules apply at "Alpaca Park":
Please maintain cleanliness and order, use trash cans.
Wash your hands before and after visiting "Alpaca Park".
Exit from "Alpaca Park" excludes the possibility of re-entry to its territory (except for returning to the waiting area to pick up your own vehicle left there earlier).
- throw foreign objects into animal habitats;
- tease animals, shout, disturb their peace;
- litter the territory, damage Park facilities;
- consume alcoholic beverages and be intoxicated;
- make inscriptions and post announcements, use the territory for income purposes;
In case of loss or damage to "Alpaca Park" property due to the Visitor's fault, he is obliged to compensate for the damage caused, as well as bear responsibility for other violations committed by him in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
Non-compliance with "Alpaca Park" visiting rules or an attempt to interfere with other Visitors' rest is grounds for removing the Visitor from "Alpaca Park" territory without any monetary compensation.
The Visitor agrees that "Alpaca Park" is a public place where TV broadcasts, photo and video shooting are carried out.
The Administration has the right to use visitor image recordings free of charge (including for use in audiovisual works), obtained during shooting, in any place, by any means without limitation of territory and term of use.
The Administration is not responsible for injuries, damages and harm received by Visitors as a result of non-performance or improper performance of these Rules.
The Administration reserves the right to regulate the number of Park Visitors, including temporary, stopping access to "Alpaca Park" territory based on the number of Visitors already inside.
These Rules are a public offer. By paying for an entrance ticket, the Visitor undertakes to comply with "Alpaca Park" visiting rules. Video surveillance and photo shooting are conducted on "Alpaca Park" territory.
